- Due to favours being made to order & specific to your request, delivery can take up to 28 days. If any delay does occur then we will notify you as soon as possible. Please note if paying by Paypal, Personal Cheque or postal order then these will need to clear before manufacture of the favours commence.
- If ordering any personalised item then it is the responsibility of the purchaser to enter correct spelling as these will be spelt as given. We will not be held responsible for any spelling mistake.
- All Favours are made to order so no refund will be made unless due to fault of workmanship or materials, If this is the case please accept our sincerest apologies & contact us within 7 days & notify us of the fault where we will be happy to refund on receipt of the faulty item
- If Favours are being ordered as part of a package with Balloon Decor & Chair Cover Hire then these can be delivered to the venue & set up on the day. All orders receive a sample of their Favour within 4 weeks of ordering if requested
- If ordering Favours through website then full payment is required, if ordering as part of package or locally then deposit is required with balance payable approximately 4 weeks before.
- A deposit of £50 will be taken for all stands & bases used for Balloon decor, also for chair covers- once we obtain the items back in the original condition then deposits will be refunded.
