During busy periods we are often booked up well in advance, so even if you are undecided as to exact design & colours you would like, still email or phone us to check availability and avoid dissapointment

- In order to secure our availability we require a 25% non refundable booking fee. This is of course redeemable against the rest of your booking.
- If booking inclludes Chair Cover Hire, then we require an additional £100 booking fee.
- Please then have a think on the colours & designs that you require. We are of course at the end of a phone or email if you have any questions, or need any help or advice. Remember we are here to help.
- Please then call to place your order. At this time we will discuss colours & prints with you & advise you of all the options available to ensure your Balloon Decor is as you would like it.
Alternatively you can take advantage of one of our free no obligation consultations. We will meet up with you (usually at the venue) to discuss your requirements. During this time we can assess the venue & make suggestions about the best ways to decorate the space. At this time we can also check the fit of the Chair covers if ordered.
- We require payment of the balance outstanding on your order (less your booking fee) approximately 4 weeks before the event. At this time we will also be in touch with you or your Venue to arrange access arrangements to the venue on the day.
- That's it !!!! At the agreed time we will be at the venue to set up the Balloon Decor &/or Chair Covers & Sashes. We can also lay Favours if ordered & required
